Bio
Benwa Rebel produces a smooth ‘lounge’ style of music that is easy listening to the ear. Along with the traditional Jazz roots of lounge music, Benwa incorporates several other styles of music into his interpretation of lounge, such as Reggae, Dub, popular and international music. This makes his style experimental and original; a sound evolution.
Influences
I have been influenced by Reggae and Dub music. King Tubby and Augustos Pablo) Electro music from (Telopopmusic), to Hip hop groups like (Out Kast and Mobb Deep).
