We live in the West Midlands U.K. Our style is simply acoustic and vocal 'on the warm heart side of cool'. Our songs are self penned, encouraging and will make you feel good. We love to play live. We have played at open mike sessions, fund raisers, corporate events, church, folk clubs and festivals in fact anywhere we can find a new audience. We have made a couple of local radio appearances, playing live. Other memorable occasions have been playing at Buxton Opera House , holding our own lunchtime concerts at St Martins Church in the Bullring Birmingham UK and travelling all around the midlands day or night and in all weather, finding any room or pub where there is somewhere to play with someone to listen. It's been good to meet new people around good live music and we have been told our own style has a smooth and peaceful quality. Doreen: "I began writing songs in 1996. I wanted to share and inspire others with my own style of music .. to express faith, love and peace". John: "My background is in english and irish folk music. We arrange and record the songs together and this combination brings togther a unique sound you will want to hear over and over again". We are always looking for a wider audience to enjoy our music and have produced 2 CD's, introducing a range of acoustic instruments including the bouzouki, banjo and mandola. Hope you like our songs !
