TUNE Play Duke Smith feat. Rivo - Love & Hate by DUKE SMITH
This was a track I made in my old Stratford studio with a really talented guy called Rivo. We had been to a house party and were bored of the music they were playing so I suggested that we go back to the studio and make something that we wanted to hear... we did! The song is called Love & Hate because the change in mood between the first part of the track and the second part of the track. It was funny how it worked out because we both gave eachother reigns to do each part with me focusing on the melody of one part and Rivo on the other. I got the acapella (vocals) from a song called 'Turn It Around' by Alena after going through a ton of different acapellas. When we put this particular one on top it just fitted like a glove. It's amazing what happens when two people work harmoniously in the studio... especially at 7:00am with no sleep!
