ARTIST Emily Burridge

UK based 'cellist & composer Emily Burridge leads a dynamic and varied musical careers a performer and producer. A renowned master of her instrument and unique in her ability to improvise and cross genres of music. As a session musician she plays on many productions as a featured player and within string sections and has a long list of credits with stars and brillant musicians around the world. She has produced three of her own CDs "Earth Songs" , "Footsteps in the Sand" and "Bridge between Worlds". Since the early 90's the country Brazil has played a dominant role in her life and has given much inspiration for her productions. She has recorded singers within Indigenous communities and has integrated some of these songs into her music. She also founded the registered charity "Indigenous People's Cultural Support Trust" no: 1050461 throughwhich she organises support for sustainable initiatives for indigenous communities.
