Selfish Girls Stay Thin is a song about a weak shallow man coming to terms with the fact that falling in love with the beautiful, unreachable girls is not good for his health. It was featured on the Wall Of Sound compilation We Love You... So Love Us 3 alongside the likes of Franz Ferdinand, Scissor Sisters and Electric 6. The NME called it "implausibly charming", while Q said it "dazzled". It has since become something of a cult hit on Australian indie radio station Triple J.
