Influences: Born and raised in South Africa, moved to America in the mid 90's. My inspirations come from Enya & Delerium. I experiment with vocal layering and different vocal sounds depending on the emotion at the time of composing. I play piano but use keyboards & synths to achieve blends ranging from Cello to Violin and various Pizzicato touches. My drum effects are based off of Logic, a recording program offered through Apple Computer Co. I believe any musician is actually an instrument of their own making, that the Universe uses as a medium to convey the balance of energy motional (e-motional) exchange between life forms. As music is non-physical, we deem it spiritual, it has no physical form yet can be more powerful than anything physical. Music is not in any way based on mans interpretations of Science, nor can our understanding of Science dismantle music, as each and every song is unique and different. If Science recognized this about humans as well, we would probably be getting somewhere, but until science starts to recognize the non-physical, we are left with music.
