Sammy Barker is of the latest breed of artists to attempt a comeback of the classic 70's genre disco. By mixing elements of house, pop, electro and of course disco Sammy creates a unique sound akin to that of popular French-house artists such as Daft Punk, Modjo and Spiller. In 2007 he released his first debut EP entitled "Ladies & Gentlemen, This Is Not Nu-Rave". The EP was initially given away to the public as a free Internet download and has spurned a good number of copies. The EP is now available for purchase from all major digital retailers.
