This is one of the new demos recorded over summer. The original track was recorded live, and vocals and additional guitars were overdubbed by Marc and Alex at a later date. Smooth Legs! started as another Alex and Marc collaboration. As with Dual Reality, Marc had a verse but not a chorus, so Alex brought a chorus idea he'd had for a while to the song.
