ARTIST nature of sound

Fundamentally electronic, with an emphasis on 'played' sections rather than 'looped' sections. Mostly all one person composing and performing, with some collaborations mixed in. Very happy to have a way to get these tunes out to a wider audience; they're meant to be listened too, not stashed in a box or a folder! The pieces are all intended as is, with any 'quirks' like static or clicks carefully placed or allowed to exist to enhance the overall sound; likewise accidents are often retained. There is a certain feeling, I believe, in music that is played live, and even more so in music that is being played for the first time, as in being created as its played, that is lacking in over-rehearsed, over-produced recordings. The majority of my songs contain individual sections played without rehearsal along tonal and rhythmic guidelines of varying complexity.
