the fire grew hot and strong in the carribean...the sparks have ignited across the world! this song is in honor to the sounds created by lee perry, the wailers, jimmy cliff, all the great musicians who squeezed such luscious beats from the hopelessness around them. though i've heard too few of them, this song attempts to take the influences i've gotten there and coalesce them into a dub jam complete with hand-spun delays and a rock solid beat the whole way through.
