We are two. One French, one British. We formed in 1994 in Rouen, northern France. We have completed four albums since we began. Ostensibly we are attempting to create a musical documentary on the modern world via the means of poetic electronics, and imaginary landscapes, concocted around loose narratives. There's also a subtheme of indigenous populations overrun by western commercialism. Many noises have come and been discarded over our years together ... and a lot of water has passed under the experimental bridge: Squeeks and dashes; minimalism; maximalism; the sounds of deserted factories; and 'taping the hiss' with lo-fi recordings ...
