Luxury Stranger is the brain child of multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Simon York who is actually working towards his second recording contract.
On the recordings found on the 'Desolation' album, Simon plays all instruments. Between February and April 2008, Simon recruited full-time band members Chris Ruscoe (bass) and Owen Walton (drums). New music featuring new band members can be found at last.fm and on the LS myspace site.
The band is in rehearsal mode, getting ready for playing live as well as writing material for Luxury Stranger's second album.
