Mavis Drive

Mavis Drive is a 4 piece rock band from Toronto,Canada. The current line-up of Mavis Drive has been together since the summer of 2002. In that same year they recorded their first EP consisting of 6 songs with John Pacheco. In the following year that same 6 song EP got them attention from singer and songwriter Raine Maida of the established Canadian act Our Lady Peace. They opened up for OLP in 2003 and continued playing live shows throughout 2004 as well. By 2005, Mavis Drive had written many new songs and decided to demo a bunch of them with Mike K(a studio-guitar player and producer.) The band went down to L.A to work on a full length CD with Mike,which will be released this year.
