President consists of two brothers from the North of England. The two brother Tony Wright and Geoff Wright have been writing songs for over 20 years. The guys have just finished their latest album …a picture of you. The first for 10 years!!!. The album contains 11 tracks all penned by the brother with the majority of tracks being penned in the last 12 months. The album is a concept album that follows the life of a girl called Abby. The brothers like to write songs that have catching verse and chorus’s, meaning and depth and most of all they do this in the form of story songs. Above you will find a number of tracks that the brothers have penned for the new album …a picture of you. A little bit of Trivia about The brothers, Geoff and Tony were once signed to Blue Mountain Music (London, England) by Richard Manners (MD Warner Brothers Chappell). What now!!!! Well the guys are now looking for a Record/Publishing deal so that they can air their music to the masses or allow others to record their music. Tony and Geoff have just announced that they intend to record an EP for early 2008, Tony said “We have wanted to revisit some of our older tracks for a few years now, and the fact that we have just invested in our own studio will now allow us to full fill that dream”. The EP will be a collection of tracks re recorded from that brothers very own 20 year back catalogue of songs, “The hardest thing will be picking which tracks” said Geoff. The brothers also intend to throw in to the mix two totally live and acoustic tracks from …a picture of you.
