About this song: I wrote this song for Gordon Anderson our beloved jazz guitarist. We spend hours rifling through his old jazz manuscripts 'trying' them and 'appreciating' them but not wanting to actually cover them. I studied that format of the old classic standards and brushed up on my jazz chords. I found the backbone of the tune on the piano and then Gordon helped it to 'age gracefully' with a vintage sound. The rest of the band slowly added thier bits and bobs never straying from that orignal swinging
