Solo artist/producer Steve eyre writes off the wall accoustic/electronic song based material. Recorded in home bedroom studio. All Instruments and vocals performed by Steve. Steve Has experimented with music since learning guitar at the age of 13 and led a varied musical path from playing in rock/blues bands to DJ'ing house and trip hop music at underground clubs throughout the Midlands UK. It was only 18 months ago after a long break from music that Steve decided to build his own studio and see what came out of it by going it alone. Alot of early material was rubbish, but like everything in life skills are honed and then things start happening. Since then Steve has a respectable fanbase of musicians and music lovers alike and that mainly comes down to the fact that an open mind is maintained when Steve approaches song writing. From dance to Accoustic you may not hear other artists mix it up as much as "leader of the oppostion" which is why a record label would not sign. But thats not what its about for Steve, the enjoyment of delving into sound and constantly evolving as an artsist with no industry constraints is where he feels most at home whilst maintaining a tongue in cheek attitude to lyrics and not taking things too seriously. Just a musician enjoying music i guess.
