ARTIST TAKING CHASE
TAKING CHASE - formed in Edinburgh in 2006 and in April 2008 will release debut EP “Have a Good Time All the Time” on Wasted State Records. Taking Chase play rock music and are influenced by Hot Water Music, Biffy Clyro, At the Drive in, Cursive etc… The band have gigged and toured constantly since forming and played alongside such bands as CapDown, The King Blues, Chuck Ragan (Hot Water Music), Mike Park, JB Conspiracy Howards Alias, Catch it Kebabs, Lightyear, Errander, Sonic Boom Six to name a few. Already received radio play on Radio 1 and XFM Scotland so things are looking promising. Taking Chase are also featured on the forthcoming Punktastic compilation alongside 98 other UK punk bands. www.myspace.com/takingchasemusic. The band are also set to appear on MTV in March as part of the Get Scene Get Heard competition.
