ARTIST Zenyth

Renowned around Cardiff for being a live act once seen and never forgotten, each member of the band has their own unique, creative style and personality. In the studio Zenyth have captured the raw power of their live show that makes them stand out from the crowd. Cardiff rock band Zenyth was established in 2004. The band members, Paul, Chud, Rich, Chris and Jimmi, found they shared a taste and passion for music - rock in particular, which led to them writing their first songs together and developing Zenyth's musical creativity. During the next two years Zenyth played throughout Wales building up an increasing fan base and developing their style and talent and saw Zenyth produce their first demo 'Eyes Closed', which received incredible reviews and resulted in a public nomination for the final 4 of the Vodafone Live Music Awards in the category of "Best Unsigned Act' in 2006. The beginning of 2007 led to release of debut EP 'Alone' and the release of their Single 'Alone' that has received plenty of Nationa & International airplay. The 'Alone' EP release led Zenyth to be chosen as one of the Top 4 University bands in the UK by XFM, Coca Cola & itunes. In August Chris Norman joined the band as the New Drummer and offered the band a new dimension and gave a fuller more cohersed sound. 2008 is already being billed as a big year for Zenyth with their 2nd EP to be released and the potential for every song to be released as a single and a full debut album in the piepeline. More gigs and festivals have already been confirmed and will further enhance their fast growing reputation as one of Wales' hot music talents.
